STARS AND STRIPES Larchmonters will be lining up the streets on THURSDAY evening for the annual Memorial Day Parade. The tribute to Military heroes is a long standing tradition that features marching bands, girl and boy scouts, elected officials, emergency service personnel, veterans and representatives from all branches of the military. Come out and cheer them on as they make their way from the Larchmont Train Station on Chatsworth Avenue to Palmer Avenue and all the way down Larchmont Avenue to the Firehouse. Parade starts at 7 p.m. sharp. More

BACK TO REALITY AGAIN Barbara Elsworth Robinson, the owner of Larchmont Laser Medical Spa is featured in an episode of Bravo TV’s popular show Million Dollar Listing New York on WEDNESDAY. The episode entitled, "Two Hotheads and a Hurricane" pits real estate agents Ryan and Luis against each other as they compete to sell apartments in the same building. In the midst of the show, “Hurricane Sandy strikes, plunging the entire city into darkness. ALL THAT JAZZ The Mamaroneck Schools Foundation hosts its annual benefit on SATURDAY night at Hampshire Country Club. This year’s theme is All That Jazz with some Big Easy delicacies served small plate style and live jazz music. There are also both silent and live auctions with unique prizes. The Dish's personal fave is bidding on the opportunity to be a guest bartender at the Larchmont Tavern! CARNIVAL TIME The weather is warming up and the school year is winding down. That means it’s time for the Chatsworth Avenue School Annual Carnival. 1,500 children and their families are expected to descend upon the school’s playground on SATURDAY for a fun-filled afternoon of rides, games, arts & crafts, face painting and treats. There’s something for kids of all ages. The Carnival runs from noon to 5 p.m. Proceeds support the Chatsworth Avenue School PTA.. More
