WALKING WITH GRACE Larchmont photographer Sandra Wong Geroux is this month’s featured artist at the Larchmont Library’s Oresman Gallery. The “Walking with Grace” exhibit features a series of poignant photos (like this one on the right) that Sandra took following the magnitude 7.0 earthquake that hit Haiti two years ago. During her time in Haiti, Sandra focused her camera on women amputees at a camp run by Haitian Amputee Mothers Alliance (HAMA). Her fellow Larchmonters were so moved by the images that several of them organized a fundraiser at Larchmont Temple to raise money for the cause. Meet Sandra in person at a reception on SATURDAY, 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Oresman Gallery.
