BACK TO REALITY Exactly one year ago, Larchmont Chef Anna Maria Santorelli was wrestling with a deckle of beef on the Food Network Show, Chopped. Who can forget the moment she chopped her finger with that sharp knife….ouch! She placed a respectful second place that night (though we thought she should have won). TOMORROW (TUESDAY) night, she gets a second chance. Tune into the Food Network at 10 p.m. for Chopped’s "Back to Take it!" Will Anna Maria be able to redeem herself? According to the episode guide, "The competition gets off to a sweet start, with sweetbreads. But in the entrée round, root beer schnapps in the basket proves very problematic for one chef. And the judges are on the edge of their seats for a very tense dessert match-up." Hmm, sounds intriguing. The Food Network can be found on Channel 29 (Cablevision) or Channel 164 (Verizon). Buona Fortuna Anna Maria!

BACK TO REALITY II Larchmonter Leslie Josel returns to television on SUNDAY, 8 p.m. This time she appears on the Cooking Channel's special "Stuffed: Food Hoarders". In the episode, Leslie helps a Mount Vernon family gain control of their hoarding tendencies so that they can create a safe and functional environment for their autistic son. Tune into Channel 166 (Verizon).

REALITY III Hopefully one day soon we’ll be able to divulge Larchmont’s next reality star. It’s pretty big news ;)

If you have some gently used, enjoyable, eye-catching books that you can donate by the end of January, please send his mom an email at willa500@optonline.net to arrange for pick up of the books.
