HOWL-O-WEEN What’s Fido going to be for Halloween? Show off your dog’s costume this afternoon at the Larchmont Animal Hospital’s Howl-O-Ween Party. There will be games and activities for both children and dogs along with hospital tours, prizes and refreshments. The fun starts at 3 p.m. and the Dog Costume Competition begins at 4:15 p.m. Larchmont Animal Hospital is located at 2061 Palmer Avenue.
EASY BAKING Larchmont's celebrity baker Lauren Groveman hits the airways today. Her new show Baking Made Easy is airing on PBS and WE-TV. Lauren will be sharing her recipes on how to make seasonal desserts like Indian Apple Gingerbread and a Pumpkin Custard Torte. Check the show's website for the full schedule.

NAMASTE Yoga is now being offered on Saturday mornings, 8 a.m. at Kenny Hall Auditorium next door to St. Augustine's Church. There is a $15 suggested donation or whatever you can afford to contribute. Please bring a mat to use.
HOME HISTORY The Larchmont Historical Society is hosting a panel discussion featuring noted professionals from the historical preservation field on Sunday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Fordyce Cottage, 20 Maple Avenue in Larchmont. The panel discussion on Aesthetic Archeology – Uncovering Your Home’s History includes experts Susan Emery, Debra Kling, Gina Samarotto and Pam Washington. Tickets are $20 for LHS members and $25 for non members. Purchase tickets here.
WALK FOR HABITAT The annual Habitat for Humanity Walk takes place on Sunday 1 p.m. starting in front of Constitution Park. Refreshments will be served at the St. Augustine Cafeteria after the walk.
